Store Returns & Exchanges

If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused item within 45 days for a exchange or full refund! Your original receipt and the item's original packaging are required. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as was used in the original purchase (i.e. transactions made by credit card will have to be returned on that same credit card or credit card account).

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any used/opened beddings (i.e. bedsheets, pillow cases, duvets) or socks and undergarments for hygienic reasons. At any time, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange in the case of atypical circumstances with regards to the item condition. Government-issued photo ID may be required. Online Returns & Exchanges

We also accept returns and exchanges for online purchases within 45 days of the original invoice date. Same restrictions apply. Please note that shipping and handling on returned merchandise is nonrefundable. Returned clothing must be unworn and unwashed with the original tags still attached, or it will be sent back.

How to prepare your web purchase return:

  1. Please refer to this page and ensure that your return meets our policy criteria.
  2. Fill out the return/exchange form on the back of your invoice.
  3. Affix the preprinted return label, located on your invoice, to your package. (Don't forget to enclose the invoice as well!) Please note that a $10 shipping fee will be deducted from your return total if our preprinted label is used to make the return.
  4. Drop off your package at your local post office.

As soon as we receive your return at our warehouse, we will process it ASAP and refund your credit card minus the shipping cost incurred if our preprinted label was used.
